Small-business tax seminar next week in Roseville
Business owners and entrepreneurs who want to start a business and learn how to comply with California’s tax laws are invited to attend a free small-business tax seminar and resource expo Wednesday in Roseville.
The seminar is scheduled from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the Maidu Community Center, 1550 Maidu Drive, just south of Douglas Boulevard and Rocky Ridge Drive. Check-in starts at 8:30 a.m.
Seminar topics include tips for growing a business, avoiding sales/use tax problems and record-keeping. Tax experts will be on site to answer questions.
