El Pollo Loco opens Roseville restaurant, third in Sacramento area in three months

El Pollo Loco has opened a new restaurant at 9501 Fairway Drive in Roseville, the third Sacramento-area opening in as many months by the Costa Mesa-based chain.

The Roseville restaurant is open daily from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m.

El Pollo Loco sites opened at 8428 Elk Grove Florin Road in Elk Grove last month and at 1212 Howe Ave. in Sacramento in September.

The chain, which specializes in Mexican-style grilled chicken, has 17 restaurants in the Sacramento region and more than 400 company-owned and franchised restaurants nationwide.
