Revionics Inc., a small software company that was founded in the Sacramento area and still maintains a presence in Roseville, said Tuesday that it raised $30 million in a private financing.
The company, which moved its headquarters last year to Austin, Texas, said the $30 million in new financing from Goldman Sachs will help it grow. Revionics makes software used by retailers to assist in pricing decision.
“It’s all good news for the Sacramento area in terms of the funding,” said Karen Dutch, the company’s senior vice president for marketing. “We are investing in that (Roseville) office.”
Dutch said Revionics continues to hire workers in its Roseville office, which employs more than 30 workers.
