Pasadena-based Blaze Fast-Fire’d Pizza is opening two restaurants in the Sacramento area today.
The restaurants are in the Gold River Town Centre, at Sunrise and Gold Country boulevards in Gold River, and the Highland Reserve Shopping Center, 10325 Fairway Drive in Roseville.
To celebrate the openings, both restaurants will offer free, build-your-own artisanal pizzas on Saturday, starting at 11 a.m., to anyone who follows Blaze on Instagram, Twitter or Facebook.
Blaze touts a hip, fast-casual atmosphere with a menu of 11-inch, thin-crust pizzas cooked in an open-flame oven in just three minutes. Salads, “blood orange” lemonade, wine, beer and specialty desserts also are available.
