Rancho Cordova vision-care insurance company sold
Superior Vision Corp., a vision-care insurer founded in Rancho Cordova, was sold this week to a private investment firm.
Centerbridge Partners, an investment firm based in New York, bought the company from private equity firm Nautic Partners and company management. Terms weren’t announced.
The deal came two years after Superior Vision merged with Block Vision of Maryland.
