Auburn-based Flyers Energy LLC says it has acquired two fueling/lubricants companies in California.
Flyers acquired the assets and business operations of Bloomington-based Poma Distributing Co. Inc. and Santa Rosa-based Redwood Coast Petroleum.
Financial details of the acquisitions were not disclosed. In a media release, the company said it is “hopeful to complete several more acquisitions in 2015.”
Flyers has been on a growth track since 2012. In 2014, it bought Reno-based fuel distributor Allied Washoe Petroleum and the commercial fueling/wholesale contracts of Redding Oil Co., a Northern California firm that traces its roots back to 1939.
