Pet Supplies Plus looking to expand into California

Michigan-based Pet Supplies Plus, which bills itself as the nation’s largest pet store franchise with more than 330 outlets in 26 states, says it will target California as a growth market in 2016.

The chain’s westernmost location is now in Denver.

The chain said it is looking to partner with multiunit franchises throughout the Golden State.
