The average retail price of gas in Sacramento rose 2.7 cents last week to $2.66 a gallon, according to Monday’s report by national gas price tracker GasBuddy.com. That’s up 16.7 cents from last month, but the current average is nearly 30 cents lower than it was at this time last year.
Nationally, GasBuddy said the average retail price of gas increased about 7 cents over the past week to $2.11 a gallon, up 13.7 cents from last month but 33 cents lower than the year-ago average.
