CPA firm planning move to downtown Sacramento
Macias Gini & O’Connell LLP, a West Coast firm with headquarters in Sacramento, has put its midtown building up for sale and plans to move to new digs downtown as soon as it finds a buyer, said Mark Hefner, a Colliers International broker who leads a team representing the CPA firm.
Hefner said MGO had the property at 3000 S St. on the market last year and had a buyer but the deal fell out of escrow.
The asking price for the building, $3.975 million, is slightly more than the accounting firm was seeking last year.
