McClatchy Co. CFO appointed to River City Bank board
Elaine Lintecum, chief financial officer of The McClatchy Co., has been appointed to the board of Sacramento-based River City Bank.
“Lintecum’s extensive experience in accounting, finance, treasury management, and (mergers and acquisitions) for one of the oldest, largest and most respected newspaper and digital publishers in the U.S. will be a great asset to our board,” RCB President and CEO Steve Fleming said in a statement.
Lintecum, who has held multiple financial management positions with McClatchy, also serves on the boards of The Seattle Times Co. and Ponderay Newsprint Co.
River City Bank bills itself as the largest, independent, locally-owned bank in the Sacramento region, with assets of more than $1.5 billion.
