Walmart has opened a temporary hiring center for its new store that will open this spring in North Highlands.
The center is at 3335 Watt Ave. in North Highlands. The retailer said it plans to hire about 300 part- and full-time workers for the store.
Applications will be accepted from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Saturday and from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday.
