Citrus Heights technology company acquired by investment banking firm
Citrus Heights-based ITC Service Group Inc., a provider of broadband installation, design, and staffing services to the telecommunications and information technology industries, has been acquired by an independent merchant bank and advisory firm.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
Moorgate specializes in the technology, media and communications industries.
ITC employs about 700 people nationwide.
Tim Sauer, ITC’s founder, will remain the firm’s owner and president.
