That’s on top of a decline of 3.2 cents the previous week.

The current at-the-pump cost is nearly 10 cents below the month-ago average and about 75 cents less than the average price reported at this time last year.

Nationally, gas prices fell 4.5 cents last week to $2.15 a gallon, down 15.7 cents from last month and 56.6 cents below the year-ago average.
