Senior housing community formally launches Thursday in south Sacramento
USA Properties Fund Inc., the Roseville-based developer of affordable housing, will host grand-opening ceremonies at 11:30 a.m. Thursday for the Arbor Creek Senior Apartments, 8340 Elk Grove Florin Road, in Sacramento.
The 60-unit apartment community is geared to low-income seniors, ages 55 and older. Ground was broken in August 2014 on the $14.1 million project.

Monthly rents range from $545 a month to $730.
