Roseville-based Westpark Communities, a developer of master planned communities in Placer County, says it has sold 30 acres in its new Solaire community in west Roseville to Woodside Homes.
Utah-based Woodside is planning to build two communities comprising a combined 157 homes in the 400-acre Solaire development. It’s just west of where Pleasant Grove Boulevard intersects Market Street.
Woodside is the first builder announced for Solaire. Started in 1977, Woodside builds homes in California, Nevada, Arizona, Texas and Utah.
Woodside’s planned Hillingdon community includes 71 homes, ranging from about 1,740 square feet to nearly 3,400 square feet, with up to six bedrooms. The planned Bromley community includes 86 homes ranging from about 2,200 square feet to almost 3,500 square feet, including properties with three-car garages and up to seven bedrooms.
