Take a look at the jaw-dropping home of Kelly Clarkson

Kelly Clarkson has moved to Southern California, but her mansion near Nashville is still up for sale at a reduced price of $7.49 million

She bought the mansion 10 years after winning “American Idol” back in 2002. She then went on a meteoric rise to stardom, landing as a judge on “The Voice” and now has her own NBC talk show. She lives in Encino, CA.

The 20,000-square-foot waterfront Tennessee manor sits on four acres 25 miles up the Cumberland River from Nashville.

“(The) home is naturally light and airy, with magnificent views from every window,” according to the listing. “Quiet wooded cul-de-sac, private dock, saltwater pool, two spas.”

The 7 bedroom, 11 bath house is stunning, beginning with entry into a grand foyer with soaring double staircases.

“The heart of the home is filled with family warmth and fun for casual entertaining,” including a “cowboy bar with its saddle bar stools,” according to TopTenRealEstateDeals.com, which writes about celebrity properties.

The master suite has a seating area in front of a fireplace. There is a family room, movie theater and a children’s room with four built-in bunk beds and large play area. There is a billiards and game room, large gym and two-level office. The mansion’s three floors are accessible by an elevator.

Outside, the gated estate features a large, striking fountain in front, English-style gardens, a swimming pool, sand volleyball court and deepwater dock in back.

The home was listed for $8.75 million back in 2018. It’s the most-expensive listing in Hendersonville, Tennessee, according to realtor.com.

Jack Miller with Parks Real Estate in Nashville is the listing agent.

He told realtor.com that, unlike in Los Angeles, he expected a multimillion-dollar Tennessee property like this to sell in a few years, not a few months.

“At that price range, it’s (still) a fresh listing,” he told the real estate website.
