Tour gorgeous Los Angeles home that songwriter for Beyonce, Kelly Clarkson just sold
Only 30 years old, songwriter Ali Tamposi has already written hits for Beyonce, Christina Aguilera, Demi Lovato, Shawn Mendes and Kelly Clarkson. Her magic touch apparently extends to real estate deals as she as sold her Los Angeles home for just over $3 million in less than a month.
“Tamposi’s classic Mediterranean-style home that she bought in 2017 in L.A.’s Los Feliz neighborhood echoes her artistic good taste,” according to TopTenRealEstateDeals.com, which wrote about the sale.
“Tastefully renovated” in 2015, according to the official listing, the 4-bedroom, five-bath house at 4423 Ambrose Terrace was built in 1939 during Hollywood’s glamour period. The gated three-story home, which features a guest house, gives a nod to that era with a large fireplace, great room and 15-foot ceilings, but is also spacious and contemporary with natural light bathing the whole interior.
The 3,521-square-foot home showcases a roof terrace with fire pit and views of the Griffith Observatory and the Hollywood Hills. There’s a large gourmet eat-in kitchen with island, marble countertops and a wall of French doors that open to the pool patio. The pool house has its own kitchen. The master bedroom suite has a balcony overlooking the backyard.
Outside features include hanging grape festoons, lemon trees, succulents and planters on a drip system that “further complement the peaceful ambience,” according to the listing.
The home was listed at $2.8 million in early November. The listing agent was Sebastian Wolski of Compass, Los Angeles.
Tamposi paid $2.3 million for the home, according to Variety magazine.
Tamposi is one of today’s most successful songwriters, writing or co-wroting blockbuster songs, such as Kelly Clarkson’s mega-hit “Stronger (What Doesn’t Kill You), Camila Cabello’s “Havana” and most recently the 2019 No. 1 summer song “Señorita” for Shawn Mendes and Camila Cabello.
Los Feliz is home to many of today’s top stars including Kristen Bell, Jon Hamm, Colin Farrell, James Cameron and Angelina Jolie.
