Take intimate tour of familiar Kardashian mansion on Malibu beach: Bidding starts soon
Fans of “Keeping Up With The Kardashians” will recognize this beachfront Malibu mansion—and if they desire a private, gated ocean getaway, the home goes to auction with bidding opening May 27.
The house was previously listed at $7.995 million, or for rent at $25,000 per month.
“In 2013 when Bruce Jenner started to feel like a canned sardine in the midst of the constant Kardashian chaos in their Calabasas home, Kris Jenner suggested he find himself a man cave where he could get away and chill,” wrote TopTenRealEstateDeals.com, which received permission to share a video of the estate (see above). “Taking Kris up on the idea, he rented a Malibu beach house for $14,500 a month and stayed there on and off for several years. “
Fans will recognize the home at 31654 Broad Beach Road from Season 10 of the hit TV show “Keeping Up With the Kardashians,” where the entire clan occasionally spent holidays. Bruce Jenner, later known as Caitlyn, stayed at the mansion during his separation from Kris and after their divorce in 2015.
The four-bedroom, four-bath residence has recently been refurbished and updated. For example, deck railings were replaced with clear glass for uninterrupted ocean and beach views. With direct access to the beach, the multi-level house spans 4,456 square feet. The light-filled interior features light hardwood floors, high ceilings, large windows, sliding glass walls and a fireplace. There’s large areas for indoor and outdoor entertaining and a large open chef’s kitchen with a family-sized dining booth.
Actress Tiffany Rose and her husband Jonathan Rose now own the house. They are co-founders of marketing company Big Crowd Media.

Malibu, near Los Angeles and Hollywood, is packed with famous residents, such as Cindy Crawford, Lady Gaga, Barbara Streisand and Robert Downey Jr.
The auction will be held by Concierge Auctions in conjunction with Hilton & Hyland, Beverly Hills.
