Check out this unbelievable Las Vegas mansion – a virtual museum – listed at $25 million

A Las Vegas mansion on Billionaire’s Row called the “Museo” — a palatial 13,500 square foot home with six bedrooms and nine bathrooms — has hit the market for $25 million.

“It is currently the highest priced residential listing in southern Nevada,” said John Romfo, marketing director for the Ivan Sher Group, which holds the listing. Romfo wouldn’t identify the owner.

The lavish estate is owned by Zita LLC, which is managed by casino magnate Steve Wynn, according to public records and media reports. The billionaire has owned the lavish property since 2018, according to Mansion Global, “when an entity linked to the tycoon bought the home for $13 million.”

Sitting on 1.5 acres, the European-style villa recently went through a $16 million renovation.

“This is one of the finest homes available in the country,” said Ivan Sher, principal of the Ivan Sher Group, in a news release.. “The current owner completely re-imagined the space, creating a timeless experience with incomparable finishes and museum-quality art protection and display.”

The official listing calls the place “elegant and timeless” and equates the main residence to a museum. Wynn, 78, is known as an art collector. His collection reportedly includes Picasso and Monet works of art.

“The current owner spared no cost to re-create this inviting sanctuary intended to house some of the world’s most expensive artwork,” according to the listing. “Each detail is timeless and elegant with every crevice, room, and wall designed for the sole purpose of showcasing art. “

The upstairs master suite comes with spacious his-and-her closets and bathrooms, a custom shower, with exposed stainless-steel plumbing to resemble the design of a luxury yacht and a number of balconies.

The house features a high-tech media room, a family room with a wine closet, a game room, and a caretaker’s wing.

“No detail was overlooked, including gilded doors, plush silk carpeting, and Mohair Fabric walls showcased on the first floor,” said Sher. “A eucalyptus wood arched hallway doubles as a closure system and the arches frame hidden doorways to storage and technology rooms.”

On the grounds there is an extravagant fountain, gazebo, pool and spa.

“This is one of the most unique homes in the world,” said Sher. “The technology, combined with visual elegance, make it truly captivating both inside and out.”
