Somebody got a deal. Check out Hollywood home Adam Lambert just sold for $2.92 million
Rocker and American Idol alum Adam Lambert has just sold his chic Hollywood home above the Sunset Strip for $2.92 million.
The three bedroom, three bath, 3,799-square-foot house, with views of Los Angeles city lights, was listed for $3.35 million, the Sacramento Bee reported in August 2019. The Queen frontman bought the property, hidden behind gates and walls and surrounded by lush greenery, for $2.995 million in 2014.
The home “reflects his personality along with his penchant for drama,” wrote TopTenRealEstateDeals.com, which reported earlier on the property.
Originally built in 1947, the home features a designer kitchen and spacious outdoor entertaining area with a pool.
The home is “chic Hollywood elegance above the Sunset Strip paired with the perfect contemporary blend of style and escape,” according to the listing. “Incredible city light views from the main level with a sliding glass wall. The marvelous grounds are inviting, private and the perfect setting for outdoor living and entertaining.”
The master suite affords great views of the Los Angeles city lights, a walk-in closet, master spa and a private terrace.
Emil Hartoonian and Nicholas Siegfried of The Agency held the listing and Jonathan Sharaf of Compass represented the buyer.
Lambert was runner-up on American Idol’s Season 8 in 2009. He was performing with Queen on their Rhapsody Tour whe the coronavirus pandemic hit, according to People.
