There’s a 2,000-bottle wine cellar, a home theater with two rows of seating and a bar, an executive office with panoramic lake views and a den with a full-size bar. The 1,500-square-foot master suite includes a private gym. The gourmet chef’s kitchen has an attached caterer’s industrial kitchen. Floor-to-ceiling windows offer stunning lake views.
The property at 2500 W. Lake Boulevard sits on over three lakefront acres in Homewood, with 175 feet of sandy beach, its own private deep-water, marina-style pier, boat and jet ski lifts and a pair of boat slips.

The sellers are Jeanne and Ray Conrad, a retired Florida couple who previously owned a background checking company, WSJ reported. They bought the Tahoe estate for $17.25 million in 2012, the newspaper reported, but are selling because they don’t spend much time there.
