• On Balsam Court, Auburn, in June 2021, a 2,123-square-foot home was sold for $825,000, a price per square foot of $389.
• In August 2021, a 1,724-square-foot home at Lakeshore in Auburn sold for $519,000, a price per square foot of $301.
• A 1,050-square-foot home on 12639 Torrey Pines Drive in Auburn sold in June 2021 for $740,000, a price per square foot of $705.
