The unit sits on a 30,056 square-foot lot.

• In July 2021, a 4,075-square-foot home at Greenview Drive in El Dorado Hills sold for $1,600,000, a price per square foot of $393.
• A 3,218-square-foot home on 4044 Greenview Drive in El Dorado Hills sold in May 2021 for $1,700,000, a price per square foot of $528.
• On Errante Drive, El Dorado Hills, in February 2021, a 4,022-square-foot home was sold for $1,449,500, a price per square foot of $360.
