The most expensive community in Placer County is Tahoe North Shore, where the median price per square foot in January was $737.

Outside of Lincoln, the best deal can be found in North Sacramento, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $314.

In January, a 1,500 square foot home on Sandra Court in Lincoln sold for $465,000.
