Celeb magnet: Hawaii home for sale for $10M has natural waterfalls, pools, golf links
A pair of natural waterfalls cascading into the Pacific Ocean are just one brilliant feature of a nine-acre oceanfront Hawaii property for sale for $9.95 million.
Dubbed Water Falling Estate, the stunning four-level home in Ninole on the beautiful northeast coast of the Big Island also has 25-foot Olympic swimming pool, 16-foot diving pool, stadium-seating tennis court and a golf course.
The private waterfalls can be seen from most of the home’s bedrooms, balconies and rooftop deck. There are stairs down to a viewing platform near the falls, as well.

Listed as a vacation rental, Water Falling Estate has been a short-term home for celebrities, such as Justin Bieber and the Kardashians, and a filming location for MTV’s “Ex on the Beach” series and the television reality show “Love Island,” Ferrell said. The property’s aquatic center features a 25-meter Olympic swimming pool with three lanes and starting blocks, a 16-foot-deep diving pool with an elevated seven-meter platform and three-meter springboard, a children’s pool, changing room and shower and a bar and grill.
A slide starts at the top of the home’s second-floor level and drops down to the swimming pool.
A parking structure is topped with a lighted tennis and basketball court that can host 450 spectators in stadium-style seating. There’s a nine-tee golf course with a practice area.
The rooftop deck is quickly and easily accessed by a a sleek central Daytona 52-inch round pneumatic air-compression elevator serving all levels.
Ferrell said the time has come for him to sell the five-bedroom, five bath home that spans 7,422 square feet.
“We are living mostly in Big Sky, Montana, and have several other homes,” he said. “Someone else should enjoy it now.”
The home is being sold furnished.
