With private path to beach, Cindy Crawford’s former home listed at $99.5M. Take a look
Cindy Crawford’s former California home, a compound sitting above the ocean on more than three acres of manicured grounds with a private path to the beach, is back on the market for $99.5 million.
“Very private and secluded, this beach-side oasis is perched above the rolling waves and expansive white sands of El Sol Beach” in Malibu, according to the official property listing. “Enter through the front gate to the long driveway that winds past the tennis court and leads to the dazzling two-story home. This contemporary villa has been completely renovated and offers a chic style and serene setting with the ultimate indoor/outdoor flow.”
The estate, which is owned by retired hedge-fund manager Adam Weiss, is one of the most expensive homes for sale in the city, according to the Wall Street Journal. Weiss purchased the house for $45 million in 2018 from Crawford and her husband, the newspaper said.
The residence spans 7,450 square feet with four bedrooms and a five-and-a-half bathrooms at 33218 Pacific Coast Highway.
The main floor brings together a great room, living room, den, dining area and gourmet kitchen. Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors show off “intoxicating panoramic views” of the ocean, the listing states. There’s an expansive wrap-around deck with fire pit.
The spacious primary suite is warmed by a fireplace and features a sitting area, dual spa-like bathrooms and walk-in closet.
There are two additional en-suite bedrooms, a media room and gym with vaulted ceilings.
A fourth bedroom comes with a private entrance, kitchen and bathroom.
Outside, the stunning pool, spa, pool deck and cabana with fireplace offer entertaining possibilities while showcasing ocean views.
Weiss, the seller, is married to “Yellowstone” actress Barret Swatek. They have reportedly purchased another estate in Maui, Hawaii.
Jade Mills of Coldwell Banker Real Estate is the listing agent.
