The most expensive community in Placer County is Tahoe North Shore, where the median price per square foot in the past week was $741.

Outside of Lincoln, the best deal can be found in Placer County foothills, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $281.

In the past week, a 1,746 square foot home on Incline Drive in Lincoln sold for $490,000.
