The $1,575,000 purchase price works out to $509 per square foot. The property features four bedrooms, three baths, a garage, and two parking spaces. There’s also a pool in the backyard. The unit sits on a 6,098 square-foot lot.

Additional houses have recently been purchased close by:

• A 3,130-square-foot home on 2765 14th Street in Sacramento sold in March 2021 for $1,360,000, a price per square foot of $435.
• A 1,599-square-foot home on 2613 Harkness Street in Sacramento sold in October 2021 for $710,000, a price per square foot of $444.
• On 14th Street, Sacramento, in August 2021, a 2,420-square-foot home was sold for $950,000, a price per square foot of $393.
