• A 5,343-square-foot home on 1071 La Sierra Drive in El Dorado Hills sold in December 2022 for $2,225,000, a price per square foot of $416.
• On Clearview Drive, El Dorado Hills, in July 2021, a 4,325-square-foot home was sold for $1,450,000, a price per square foot of $335.
