The unit sits on a 8,276 square-foot lot.

• In July 2021, a 3,950-square-foot home at Aloha Drive in South Lake Tahoe sold for $3,295,000, a price per square foot of $834.
• On Carson Court, South Lake Tahoe, in July 2021, a 2,548-square-foot home was sold for $2,600,000, a price per square foot of $1,020.
• A 4,530-square-foot home on 218 Beach Drive in South Lake Tahoe sold in March 2021 for $3,170,000, a price per square foot of $700.
