A 1,592-square-foot condominium built in 2007 has changed hands. The property located in the 7000 block of Northstar Drive in Truckee was sold on April 13, 2022 for $2,040,000, or $1,281 per square foot. The property features three bedrooms and three bathrooms. It sits on a 1,581 sqft lot.

Additional units have recently been purchased close by:

• A 1,989-square-foot unit on 2100 North Village Drive in Truckee sold in February 2022 for $95,000, a price per square foot of $48.
• In November 2021, a 1,989-square-foot unit at North Village Drive in Truckee sold for $90,000, a price per square foot of $45.
• On North Village Drive, Truckee, in December 2022, a 2,104-square-foot unit was sold for $85,000, a price per square foot of $40.
