Truckee, California house sells for $7.8 million

Additional houses have recently been purchased close by:

• A 8,674-square-foot home on 8818 Schroeder Way in Truckee sold in December 2022 for $10,650,000, a price per square foot of $1,228.
• On Pete Alvertson Drive, Truckee, in July 2021, a 4,004-square-foot home was sold for $3,800,000, a price per square foot of $949.
• In November 2021, a 3,994-square-foot home at Lahontan Drive in Truckee sold for $3,700,000, a price per square foot of $926.
