Additional houses have recently been purchased close by:

• A 3,798-square-foot home on 1698 Errol Court in Folsom sold in February 2022 for $1,600,000, a price per square foot of $421.
• In February 2022, a 3,511-square-foot home at Westchester Drive in Folsom sold for $1,365,000, a price per square foot of $389.
• On Westchester Drive, Folsom, in June 2021, a 3,723-square-foot home was sold for $1,305,000, a price per square foot of $351.
