A house in Incline Village that sold for $11.5 million tops the list of the most expensive real estate sales in Tahoe North Shore in the past week.
In total, 22 real estate sales were registered in the area during the last week, with an average price of $2.2 million. The average price per square foot was $907.
The prices in the list below concern real estate sales where the title was created during the week of July 18, even if the property may have been sold earlier.
$1.4 million, single-family residence in the 400 block of Sotoyone Avenue
A sale has been finalized for the detached house in the 400 block of Sotoyone Avenue in Tahoe Vista. The price was $1,350,000 and the new owners took over the house in May. The house was built in 2017 and the living area totals 2,324 square feet. The price per square foot ended up at $581.
