Additional houses have recently been purchased close by:

• In April 2021, a 4,564-square-foot home on Clubhouse Drive in El Macero sold for $1,675,000, a price per square foot of $367.
• On Clubhouse Drive, El Macero, in September 2021, a 2,766-square-foot home was sold for $1,160,000, a price per square foot of $419.
• A 2,450-square-foot home on the 44200 block of Lakeview Drive in El Macero sold in February 2022 for $1,300,000, a price per square foot of $531.
