Interactive map shows home value changes in every Sacramento region community in 2022

It appears we’re past the days of historic home value increases in the Sacramento region. At least for the time being.

The average increase of home values in the region was just shy of 6% between January and July, new data from Zillow shows. The interactive map below shows how much home values have changed since the start of the year throughout the region.

The Sierra foothills and suburbs of Placer and El Dorado counties are seeing some of the smallest increases. The same goes for some areas south of Lake Tahoe.

Data is available for all of the region’s major communities, including Sacramento, Elk Grove, Roseville, Folsom and Davis. The map is updated automatically each month as new data becomes available.
