• On Saint Jude Court, Elk Grove, in December 2021, a 2,618-square-foot home was sold for $1,169,000, a price per square foot of $447.
• A 2,229-square-foot home on the 8800 block of Saint Anthony Court in Elk Grove sold in February 2022 for $1,075,000, a price per square foot of $482.
• In October 2021, a 3,129-square-foot home on Bamarcia Drive in Elk Grove sold for $855,000, a price per square foot of $273.
