See the decrease in real estate prices in Lincoln last week

The median price per square foot for a home in Lincoln decreased in the past week to $326. That’s $31 less than the Placer County median. Prior to this, the median price per square foot of a home sold in Lincoln was $379.

The most expensive community in Placer County is Truckee, where the median price per square foot in the last week was $753.

The best deal can be found in North Sacramento, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $304.

In the last week, a 1,916-square-foot home on Mariner Circle in Lincoln sold for $625,000.
