The backyard also has a pool. The unit sits on a 10,933-square-foot lot.

Additional houses have recently changed hands nearby:

• In March 2022, a 4,442-square-foot home on Alpine Falls Drive in Folsom sold for $1,399,000, a price per square foot of $315.
• On Feather Falls Circle, Folsom, in March 2022, a 3,694-square-foot home was sold for $1,460,000, a price per square foot of $395.
• A 3,113-square-foot home on the 200 block of American River Canyon Drive in Folsom sold in September 2021 for $1,100,000, a price per square foot of $353.
