The spacious new property located in the 10100 block of Corrie Court in Truckee was sold on Jul. 19, 2022 for $2,300,000, or $930 per square foot. The property features three bedrooms, four bathrooms, a garage, and two parking spaces. It sits on a 5,532-square-foot lot.

These nearby houses have also recently been sold:

• A 3,587-square-foot home on the 9600 block of Dunsmuir Way in Truckee sold in September 2021 for $6,000,000, a price per square foot of $1,673.
• On Dunsmuir Way, Truckee, in June 2022, a 4,390-square-foot home was sold for $7,795,000, a price per square foot of $1,776.
• In July 2022, a 4,655-square-foot home on Dunsmuir Way in Truckee sold for $8,275,000, a price per square foot of $1,778.
