The property features four bedrooms, five bathrooms, an attached garage, and four parking spaces. It sits on a 0.7-acre lot, which also has a pool.

These nearby houses have also recently been sold:

• In April 2022, a 4,440-square-foot home on Harriman Court in El Dorado Hills sold for $1,870,000, a price per square foot of $421.
• On Dartmouth Place, El Dorado Hills, in August 2021, a 5,312-square-foot home was sold for $1,495,000, a price per square foot of $281.
• A 4,460-square-foot home on the 1300 block of Promontory Point Drive in El Dorado Hills sold in August 2021 for $1,098,500, a price per square foot of $246.
