The spacious property located in the 400 block of Old Downieville Highway in Nevada City was sold on Jun. 9, 2022 for $1,259,000, or $375 per square foot. The property features three bedrooms, three bathrooms, an attached garage, and two parking spaces. It sits on a 3.5-acre lot.

Additional houses have recently changed hands close by:

• On Jordan Street, Nevada City, in July 2021, a 2,607-square-foot home was sold for $1,059,000, a price per square foot of $406.
• In June 2022, a 1,490-square-foot home on Drummond Street in Nevada City sold for $710,000, a price per square foot of $477.
• A 860-square-foot home on the 300 block of American Hill Road in Nevada City sold in May 2022 for $375,000, a price per square foot of $436.
