The $1,080,000 purchase price works out to $408 per square foot. The property features four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a garage, and three parking spaces, as well as a pool in the backyard. The unit sits on a 10,956-square-foot lot.

Additional houses have recently been purchased close by:

• A 3,225-square-foot home on the 100 block of Beneto Court in Folsom sold in July 2021 for $1,050,000, a price per square foot of $326.
• In May 2021, a 2,436-square-foot home on Cruickshank Drive in Folsom sold for $850,000, a price per square foot of $349.
• On Brown Duvall Lane, Folsom, in February 2022, a 2,710-square-foot home was sold for $915,000, a price per square foot of $338.
