Folsom detached house sells for $1.1 million

A spacious new house built in 2020 located in the 3500 block of Egret Drive in Folsom has a new owner. The 3,411-square-foot property was sold on Jun. 17, 2022. The $1,080,000 purchase price works out to $317 per square foot. The property features four bedrooms, four baths, a garage, and two parking spaces. It sits on a 6,651-square-foot lot.
