Truckee single family residence sells for $2.5 million

A spacious and recently built house built in 2018 located in the 17100 block of Uxbridge Drive in Truckee has new owners. The 2,838-square-foot property was sold on Aug. 24, 2022 for $2,500,000, or $881 per square foot. The property features three bedrooms, four baths, an attached garage, and two parking spaces. The unit sits on a 20.5-acre lot.

These nearby houses have also recently been purchased:

• In January 2022, a 1,336-square-foot home on Somerset Drive in Truckee sold for $1,100,000, a price per square foot of $823.
• A 1,058-square-foot home on the 17400 block of Walden Drive in Truckee sold in October 2021 for $1,000,000, a price per square foot of $945.
