The spacious property located in the 3800 block of Lariat Drive in Cameron Park was sold on Jun. 29, 2022 for $1,470,000, or $412 per square foot. The property features four bedrooms, three baths, an attached garage, and three parking spaces, as well as a pool in the backyard. The unit sits on a 5.1-acre lot.

These nearby houses have also recently been sold:

• On Lariat Drive, Cameron Park, in July 2021, a 2,955-square-foot home was sold for $1,050,000, a price per square foot of $355.
• A 2,976-square-foot home on the 3400 block of Lariat Drive in Cameron Park sold in August 2021 for $1,050,000, a price per square foot of $353.
• In November 2021, a 2,712-square-foot home on Lariat Drive in Cameron Park sold for $1,099,000, a price per square foot of $405.
