• On Avanti Drive, El Dorado Hills, in June 2021, a 2,336-square-foot home was sold for $642,000, a price per square foot of $275.
• A 4,168-square-foot home on the 200 block of Candlewood Court in El Dorado Hills sold in July 2021 for $1,525,000, a price per square foot of $366.
