Natomas: See how much real estate prices increased last week

The median price per square foot for a home in Natomas increased in the last week to $298. That’s $40 less than the Sacramento County median. Prior to this, the median price per square foot of a home sold in Natomas was $283.

The most expensive community in Sacramento County is East Sacramento, where the median price per square foot in the past week was $674.

The best deal can be found in Galt, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $252.

In the past week, a 1,708-square-foot home on Cape Hatteras Place in Natomas sold for $510,000.
