Single family residence in Tahoma sells for $7.9 million

A 2,279-square-foot house built in 1970 has changed hands. The spacious property located in the 8800 block of Rubicon Drive in Tahoma was sold on Jul. 12, 2022 for $7,900,000, or $3,466 per square foot. The property features three bedrooms, two baths, an attached garage, and one parking space. It sits on a 0.9-acre lot.

These nearby houses have also recently changed hands:

• On Scenic Drive, Tahoma, in March 2022, a 3,301-square-foot home was sold for $1,100,000, a price per square foot of $333.
• In December 2021, a 4,680-square-foot home on State Highway 89 in Tahoma sold for $33,000,000, a price per square foot of $7,051.
• A 2,170-square-foot home on the 8700 block of Rubicon Drive in Tahoma sold in January 2021 for $1,500,000, a price per square foot of $691.
