Sale closed in Tahoma $2.6 million for a four-bedroom home

The spacious property located in the 600 block of Sunrise Avenue in Tahoma was sold on Aug. 10, 2004 for $2,610,000, or $881 per square foot. The property features four bedrooms, three baths, an attached garage, and one parking space. The unit sits on a 0.4-acre lot.

Additional houses have recently been purchased close by:

• In November 2021, a 1,708-square-foot home on Fifth Avenue in Tahoma sold for $975,000, a price per square foot of $571.
• On Harris Avenue, Tahoma, in January 2022, a 864-square-foot home was sold for $700,000, a price per square foot of $810.
• A 2,374-square-foot home on the 7000 block of Sixth Avenue in Tahoma sold in August 2021 for $1,600,000, a price per square foot of $674.
